Booking
Fill out our online booking form with your event date, location, estimated player count, and any add-ons you’re interested in. We’ll review your submission and follow up quickly to confirm availability and lock in your date.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill quickly. For larger events such as schools, camps, or corporate groups, earlier is better — 3–4 weeks gives us time to prepare properly.
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.
Yes, rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 14 days’ notice. Please contact us as early as possible to move your date — last-minute reschedule requests may not be accommodated. See our Policies & Safety Rules page for full cancellation and rescheduling terms.

The $100 deposit is non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full event amount. If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Review our full cancellation policy on the Policies & Safety Rules page.

Party Plot Friday takes place on selected Fridays. The goal is weekly events, but dates depend on park availability and permit approval. Dates are announced in advance.
Some venues, parks, and facilities require a Certificate of Insurance from vendors. If your venue requires a COI, we can provide one for an additional $50 fee. Let us know when you book so we can include it in your quote.
Pricing & Packages
Every package includes 2 hours of laser tag, a professional referee, certified inflatable bunkers, music, and full setup and teardown. You don’t need to organize or prepare anything once we arrive.
We offer three private event packages: Party Pod (up to 10 players, $440), Wild Pack (up to 14 players, $520 — most popular), and The G.O.A.T. Party (up to 18 players, $600). All are flat rates with no hidden fees. See full details on the Laser Tag page.
Available add-ons: +2 Players ($40), +1 Extra Hour ($100), After 9 PM Event ($100), Certificate of Insurance ($50). Add-ons can be included when you submit your booking form.
Delivery is $2.50 per mile (one way) from our base in Glendale, CA. For events 40–60 miles away, a flat long-distance fee of $100 is added. Events beyond 60 miles are considered on a case-by-case basis.
No. The price in your quote is the price you pay. We include delivery fees, add-ons, and any applicable charges in your quote upfront so there are no surprises.
Yes. Our packages cover up to 18 players with add-ons, and for larger events we can accommodate up to 50 players with rotating rounds. Schools, camps, and corporate groups commonly run sessions with much larger groups. Contact us directly to discuss large event pricing.
At the Event
An open area of roughly 40×50 feet is ideal for a standard setup. The space should be on stable, flat ground — grass, turf, concrete, or asphalt. The area must be within 100 feet of an unloading zone. Grass should be freshly cut and free of animal waste before our arrival.

Yes — we can set up in gyms, event halls, or other large indoor spaces. Ceiling height and clearance will determine whether our inflatable bunkers can be used or if an alternative setup is needed. Include your indoor venue details when you request a quote.

We serve the greater Los Angeles area from our base in Glendale. Delivery is calculated at $2.50/mile one way. Contact us with your specific location and we’ll confirm availability and include the delivery cost in your quote.

We arrive before your event start time to set up — typically 45–60 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the setup. Teardown is also handled entirely by our crew after the session ends. You don’t need to do anything.
Every event starts with a safety briefing from your referee. Teams are organized and players rotate through multiple game rounds across the session. For larger groups, players take turns on the field in organized rounds. Our referee manages the entire flow — you just play.
Yes. With 50 blasters available, Party Plot regularly supports large group events. Players rotate through organized rounds while our staff manages equipment distribution, line control, briefings, and signage. Large events run smoothly because we plan for them specifically.
Food and drink stations should be set up at least 10–15 feet from the edge of the playing field. No food, drinks, or gum is permitted on the field or near the equipment during active play.
Closed-toe shoes are required for all players — no sandals, flip flops, or open-toe footwear. Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended. Players should be prepared to run and move dynamically on the field.
Party Plot Friday

Spots are limited and must be reserved in advance. Visit the Party Plot Friday page for full details and live availability.
Party Plot Friday is $30 per player. This includes one full hour of laser tag, a referee-led session, organized game rounds, professional equipment, and a safety briefing.
Party Plot Friday takes place on selected Fridays. The goal is to run it weekly, but dates depend on park availability and permit approval. Upcoming dates are announced in advance on the Party Plot Friday page.
Private Plot allows a group to reserve Session 2 entirely for their party. A minimum of 20 players is required. The organizer pays for 20 spots at booking and submits the full roster. Once reserved, Session 2 closes to public booking. See the Party Plot Friday page for details and pricing.
Reserve your spot online on the Party Plot Friday page. Sessions are limited to 20 spots each and fill quickly. Walk-ins are welcome but spots are not guaranteed — online reservation is strongly recommended.
Safety
Players must be at least 7 years old to participate in laser tag. This rule is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Children under 7 are welcome to attend and watch, but may not participate in active gameplay.
Yes. All of our inflatable bunkers are certified and regularly inspected to ensure they’re safe and structurally sound. They are designed specifically for laser tag gameplay and provide real cover and structure without posing a safety risk to players.
Yes. Every session — private or public — begins with a structured safety and rules briefing delivered by the Party Plot referee. Players learn field boundaries, equipment handling, game rules, and expected conduct before any gameplay begins.
Physical contact, pushing, shoving, and rough play are strictly prohibited. Players who violate safety rules will be removed from the field immediately. Our referee enforces this throughout the session. Party Plot events are designed to be fun, fair, and safe for everyone.
All safety rules and player requirements are documented on the Waiver & Safety Agreement page. All customers are expected to review this page before booking. By submitting a booking request or reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined there on behalf of yourself and all guests in your party. Booking and payment policies are on the Policies & Safety Rules page.
