This page outlines Party Plot’s booking, payment, cancellation, travel, and operational policies.
These policies apply to all events and are strictly enforced.
A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event with Party Plot.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit.
Pricing is based on the event details provided at the time of booking. Any changes to guest count,
location, duration, or event type may result in pricing adjustments.
Relationship to Rules & Safety Guidelines
All bookings and events are subject to Party Plot’s Rules & Safety Guidelines.
By requesting a quote, placing a deposit, or booking an event, clients confirm that all participants meet the eligibility, safety, and conduct requirements outlined in the Rules & Safety Guidelines.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in modification, interruption, or termination of gameplay without refund.
Deposit & Balance Due
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time.
The remaining balance is due in full no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
If the final balance is not received by the due time, Party Plot reserves the right to cancel the event,
retain the deposit, and release the date without further notice.
Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.
If approved, the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full event amount.
If Party Plot must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure,
severe weather, or safety concerns, clients will receive either a full refund or the
option to reschedule.
Travel, Distance, Add-Ons & After-Hours Fees
Party Plot is based in Glendale, California.
All pricing below is calculated one-way from our base location to the event address and will be included in your final quoted price.
• Extra Players: add 2 players for $40
• Additional Hour of Gameplay: $100
• Travel Fee: $2.50 per mile (one-way from Glendale, CA)
• Beyond 40 miles up to 60 miles: Flat $100 long-distance fee (in addition to mileage)e
• Late Events: Events ending after 9:00 PM include a $100 late-event fee
• Certificate of Additional Insured (COI): $50 processing fee
All applicable fees are clearly included in your quote prior to booking. No surprise charges.
Weather & Safety Cancellations
For outdoor events, gameplay may be modified, paused, or cancelled if weather
conditions are deemed unsafe.
This includes, but is not limited to, extreme heat, rain, strong wind, or lightning.
Party Plot reserves the right to make real-time safety decisions to protect
participants, staff, and equipment.
Agreement & Acceptance
By requesting a quote, placing a deposit, or booking an event with Party Plot,
you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Rules, Safety
Guidelines, and Policies listed on this website.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in modification or cancellation
of gameplay, removal of participants, or forfeiture of fees without refund.
Party Plot reserves the right to refuse service or terminate gameplay at any time
if safety rules are not followed.
