To ensure safety, fairness, and smooth gameplay, the following rules apply to all events without exception. These guidelines are strictly enforced at every event.

Minimum Age Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
All participating players must be 7 years of age or older.
This age requirement is strictly enforced with no exceptions.
Players under the age of 7 are not permitted to participate, even with parental supervision.
This policy exists to ensure player safety, rule comprehension, and proper handling of professional-grade equipment.
Footwear Requirements
All players must wear proper, secure, closed-toe footwear during play.
The following footwear is not permitted:
• Flip-flops
• Sandals
• Crocs
• Slippers
• Shoes that easily come off
Players who arrive without proper footwear will not be allowed to participate.
Physical Activity & Health Disclaimer
Laser tag is a physically active game involving running, bending, and quick movements.
Participants should be in good physical condition and capable of safely participating in physical activity.
Party Plot is not responsible for injuries related to pre-existing medical conditions or failure to follow safety instructions.
Food & Drinks Policy
Food and drinks are not allowed on the playing field at any time.
Food and drinks must remain in a designated seating or food area.
Players must finish eating or drinking before re-entering the play area.
This rule helps prevent slips, equipment damage, and gameplay interruptions.
Equipment Care & Player Conduct
All equipment must be handled according to staff instructions at all times.
Equipment may not be dropped, thrown, or misused.
Failure to follow equipment or conduct rules may result in removal from play.
Damage caused by misuse may be subject to repair or replacement fees.
Staff Authority & Supervision
All games are supervised by Party Plot staff at all times.
Participants must follow all staff instructions immediately for safety reasons.
Party Plot reserves the right to pause gameplay or remove any participant from play for unsafe behavior, rule violations, or failure to follow staff instructions.
Removal from play does not qualify for refunds or discounts.
Under-Age Players at the Event
If under-age players are present at the event, they will not be allowed to participate.
The event will proceed with eligible players only.
No refunds or discounts will be issued due to age-related ineligibility.
Insurance & Venue Requirements

Location & Space Safety Requirements
Event locations must provide adequate open space free of hazards such as holes, sharp objects, glass, unstable surfaces, or unsafe obstacles.
If a location is determined to be unsafe upon arrival, Party Plot may adjust gameplay or cancel play for safety reasons.
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
Weather & Outdoor Safety
For outdoor events, gameplay may be modified, paused, or cancelled if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
This includes, but is not limited to, extreme heat, rain, wind, or lightning.
Party Plot reserves the right to make real-time safety decisions to protect participants and equipment.
Media & Photography
Party Plot may take photos or short videos during events for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for photos or videos to be taken, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
Agreement & Enforcement
By requesting a quote or booking an event, you confirm that all participants meet the stated requirements.
Failure to comply with safety rules may result in removal from play without refund.
These rules are in place to ensure a safe, fun, and successful event for everyone.
